Rachel Broderick has Real Estate in her blood. As a kid she watched her mother, Dawn Riley, develop her then budding career. In 2001 she became one of the youngest Realtors in the Tri-County Area, at the age of 18. In 2003 she relocated to Florida to complete the Residential Design program at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and earn her B.A. in History from Florida Atlantic University. While in Florida, she worked for an award winning new home builder as the Sales Center Director, and then as the Sales and Design Center Director. She returned home to Southern Maryland in 2013 and was proud to join Dawn as a Buyer’s Agent on The Riley Team.
Her sharp wit and no-nonsense attitude make her clients feel assured that their interests will be protected fiercely and with care. She currently lives in Huntingtown with her husband, two sons, and full-sized poodle.
