Going a step beyond traditional Realtor licensing, Dawn has obtained the required amount of experience, education, and testing to acquire the esteemed Associate Broker license. In addition to constantly expanding her knowledge with new designations and certifications, she believes in using her experience to better the Real Estate Community as a hole. She served on the Southern Maryland Board of Directors from 2016-2018 and frequently leads seminars and mentorships for new agents.
Dawn stands out from many southern Maryland listing agents because of her vast knowledge of internet marketing and social media optimization. Her reputation among Southern Maryland Real Estate and beyond has attracted a following of almost 25k to her Facebook and Instagram pages. This in conjunction with other outlets creates an audience for her clients unlike any other local option to get their properties marketed quickly and effectively.
Dawn has grown The Riley Team to be one of the most prestigious Real Estate Teams in the area by hand-selecting each of her agents with thought and intention. She’s a strong believer of the power of teamwork and has built her team to be all-encompassing and to play to each individuals strengths. As the team’s sole Listing Agent, she employs a unique strategy of lead-recapturing with her Buyers Agents to ensure that every transaction is handled as effectively and efficiently as possible.
Dawn is a lifetime resident of Maryland and lives in Prince Frederick. With her husband, Roger, she has 4 children and 6 grandchildren. When she has free time, she enjoys gardening, and spending time on the Patuxent River.
